It looks like Felix has weakened a good bit, but it will still probably make everything VERY MESSY. Remember when we were there in March, (not the rainy season), a good soaking rain caused a mudslide which almost made us miss our flight, so no telling how much yuck this could do since it is the rainy season anyway. Just pray for all the people there in the affected countries.
